Zero Trust’ Policies Stole the Show at RSA 2019

ZERO TRUST a Major Topic at RSA 2019

Last week, Salt Communications attended one of the world’s largest cybersecurity events the RSA Conference USA, which was based in the the Moscone Center, San Francisco. We met with a large number of attendees from security-minded enterprises and security solution providers to analysts to discuss our secure communications solution.

The key topic on everyone’s lips at the event was ‘Zero Trust’. Zero Trust is a security concept centered on the belief that organizations should not automatically trust anything inside or outside its perimeters and instead must verify anything and everything trying to connect to its systems before granting access.

With more and more organisations across the globe implementing this security approach, The Zero Trust model of information security is starting to kick aside the old mentality that had organizations focused on defending their perimeters while assuming everything already inside didn’t pose a threat and therefore was cleared for access.

With the ability to offer white labelled versions of our solution, on-premise deployment options and a willingness to assist in penetration testing, Salt Communications offer features built to work alongside Zero Trust Security models. Our interactions at ‘RSAC’ were a great validation of what we are doing here at Salt Communications to help our enterprise customers strengthen their security postures. The event was a great success for the company, and our CEO, and Head of Marketing thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many attendees and exhibitors interested in our secure enterprise communications solution.
